DAO Community

Holders of $CYAI can propose, vote, and participate in governance via CyreneAI DAO on Realms.

Note: This section covers Project Review. Other DAO functions will be covered in separate sections.

Project Review

As part of CyreneAI’s commitment to transparency, community alignment, and ecosystem-driven launches, all projects are encouraged to undergo a community review through the CyreneAI DAO prior to launch. This project review process enables meaningful feedback, early engagement, and signal-based support from the CYAI community while preserving project autonomy and CyreneAI’s non-custodial, infrastructure-only role.

Purpose of the DAO Review

The CyreneAI DAO review is designed to:

  • Improve project visibility within the CYAI ecosystem

  • Enable early community feedback and discussion

  • Allow projects to communicate their vision, structure, and intent clearly

  • Encourage alignment between projects and the CYAI community

  • Build credibility through open, on-chain community participation

DAO participation is informational and non-binding. It does not constitute approval, endorsement, investment advice, or a guarantee of launch success.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

Projects are encouraged to submit a concise but complete proposal to the CyreneAI DAO. The proposal should be written clearly and honestly, focusing on substance over marketing.

1. Project Overview

  • Project name

  • One-paragraph summary of what you are building

  • Problem statement and proposed solution

2. Product & Roadmap

  • Current stage (idea, MVP, testnet, mainnet, live product, etc.)

  • Key milestones achieved to date

  • Near-term and long-term roadmap

3. Token & Fundraise Context (If Applicable)

  • Token purpose and utility (high-level)

  • How tokenized liquid rights or fundraising proceeds will be used

  • Any relevant timelines (vesting, launches, releases — if defined)

Note: Detailed financial, legal, or valuation disclosures are not required unless the Project chooses to share them.

4. Team & Execution

  • Founders and core contributors (pseudonymous or public)

  • Relevant experience or prior work

  • Execution strategy and operational focus

5. Risks & Transparency

  • Known risks or challenges

  • What the project is still figuring out

  • Areas where community feedback is particularly valuable

6. Why CyreneAI? (Optional but Strongly Encouraged)

Explain how your project aligns with the CyreneAI ecosystem and how it creates value for the CYAI community.

Examples include:

  • Use of Solana-native primitives or on-chain experimentation

  • Innovative token mechanics or fair-launch structures

  • Community incentives, access, or participation opportunities

  • Strategic alignment with CyreneAI’s mission of early-stage, market-driven capital formation

Key question to answer:

What are you offering to the CYAI community in return for their early attention, feedback, and support?

Please include all relevant and available links, such as:

  • Official website

  • Litepaper / whitepaper

  • GitHub or technical documentation

  • X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, or other socials

*Projects may submit even if some materials are still in progress.

Community Review Process

Submit Proposal → Community Reviews & Discusses → Signals Support (Votes / Feedback) → Community Approval

Once submitted:

  • Community members may ask questions, provide feedback, or express support

  • Voting outcomes are indicative of community sentiment, not determinative

  • CyreneAI may consider community engagement signals as part of launch coordination, but retains no obligation to proceed.

Important Disclosures

  • DAO review does not replace legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations

  • CyreneAI does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice

  • Community participation does not guarantee funding, valuation, or launch outcomes

  • Projects remain fully responsible for their representations and execution.
