You should host at least 1–2 livestreams before launch to attract early believers, build hype, and increase retention.

Share screen while showing the project
You must present:

5. X Space / AMA Sessions (Pre-Launch)
Host at least 1–2 X Space or AMA sessions before launch to engage your community.

If you’re a solo founder, invite a team member to co-host for a more interactive discussion.
Include at least 2 team members to facilitate conversation and engagement, especially early on while the community is still growing.

6. Launch Day Playbook
This is your most important 3 hours. Be ready with everything below before the launch day to ensure a smooth and credible rollout:

7. Post-Launch Execution (First 72 Hours)
Successful projects follow all steps in the first 72 hours to maintain momentum and build trust.

Host 1–2 sessions per day
Include community Q&A, roadmap discussion, and supporter engagement
Encourage at least 2 team members to participate for interactive discussions
