The Marketing Guidelines provide a clear framework for communicating your project, engaging supporters, and maximizing visibility on CyreneAI. It covers pre-launch promotion, livestreams, social updates, and post-launch follow-up. For operational steps on building, launching, and scaling your project, see the Playbook.

1. Core Messaging: What to Communicate Publicly

To attract supporters, founders should clearly share:

Team Narrative

  • Who you are

  • Why you’re building

  • Relevant experience or background

  • Founder intro video (optional but preferred)

Product Narrative

  • The problem you solve

  • Demo, screenshots, or feature teasers

  • Why this matters now

Raise Narrative

  • % of your SAFT/SAFE being fractionalized

  • How cliffs unlock as capital is raised

  • Why this ensures transparency and aligned incentives

Community Narrative

  • Where to join (Telegram/Discord)

  • Roadmap highlights

  • Launch date

  • Why supporters matter


2. Launch Planning

Pick the Right Launch Day:

  • Best days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • Optional: Thursday

  • Avoid (low engagement): Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Publicly Announce Your Launch Date:

  • Post an X update: “We are launching on CyreneAI on [date]”

  • Tag @CyreneAI and @CyreneAIFlows

  • Keep tagging @CyreneAI and @CyreneAIFlows in all updates before launch

This builds early community momentum.


3. Pre-Launch Marketing & Preparation (2–5 Days Before)

This is CRITICAL for traction. Founders must prepare:

Public Assets:

Content Plan:

  • Invite supporters

Founder Visibility:

  • Share behind-the-scenes

4. Livestreams (Pre-Launch)

You should host at least 1–2 livestreams before launch to attract early believers, build hype, and increase retention.

Livestream Best Practices

  • Good lighting on your face

  • Dress for the occasion

  • Clean background (not fancy, just clean)

  • Good sound and minimal background noise

  • Share screen while showing the project

  • You must present:

    • Product vision

    • Demo

    • Story

    • Utility (or other purpose of your token)

This builds trust at scale and serves to validate your community, raise awareness, and establish credibility.

5. X Space / AMA Sessions (Pre-Launch)

Host at least 1–2 X Space or AMA sessions before launch to engage your community.

X Space / AMA Best Practices

  • Prepare questions in advance in case the community doesn’t ask enough.

  • If you’re a solo founder, invite a team member to co-host for a more interactive discussion.

  • Include at least 2 team members to facilitate conversation and engagement, especially early on while the community is still growing.

  • Ensure clear audio for all speakers.

  • Talk about:

    • Product vision

    • Demo / feature highlights

    • Story behind the project

    • Utility (or other purpose of your token)

These sessions help validate your community, answer questions directly, raise awareness, and build trust.


6. Launch Day Playbook

This is your most important 3 hours. Be ready with everything below before the launch day to ensure a smooth and credible rollout:

1️⃣ Make the First Buy

  • Minimum 0.1 SOL — do not sell!

2️⃣ Post Launch X Update Immediately

  • Post the contract address (CA) on X with project demo and tag @CyreneAI and @CyreneAIFlows.

  • No links in the first post.

  • Speed is critical: the first post must go live within 60 seconds of launch.

3️⃣ Claim DexScreener Profile

  • Avoid impersonators.

  • Get verified quickly to show legitimacy.

  • You will need 300 USDC + your project image and banner (1500 x 500px), description and links

4️⃣ Add Contract Address (CA) to X Bio

  • This adds instant trust and credibility.

5️⃣ Host a Livestream or X Space

  • Talk about:

    • What you’re building

    • Why you’re building it

    • What supporters get

    • What’s next

  • Follow the best practices from the Livestreams and X Space / AMA sections.


7. Post-Launch Execution (First 72 Hours)

Successful projects follow all steps in the first 72 hours to maintain momentum and build trust.

Daily X Space / AMA Sessions

  • Host 1–2 sessions per day

  • Include community Q&A, roadmap discussion, and supporter engagement

  • Encourage at least 2 team members to participate for interactive discussions

Daily X Posts (3–6 per day)

  • Share updates on progress, raises, screenshots, feature previews, or announcements

  • Examples:

    • “We unlocked cliff #12!”

    • “New demo update is live.”

    • “Partnership announcement.”

    • “Dev update thread.”

Transparency & Communication

  • Respond promptly to community questions and feedback

  • Share progress openly to build trust and keep the community engaged

8. Long-Term Growth Plan

After launch, founders must:
