# The Playbook

The Playbook is a step-by-step guide for building, launching, and scaling projects on CyreneAI. It covers everything from project registration and building in public to capital raises and launch execution.

### PHASE 0 - Pick the Idea (If You Don't Have a Project)
Before registering, founders must do 3 things:
#### 1️⃣ Choose a Simple, Real Problem
Ask:
* What problem on Solana is unsolved?
* What process is inefficient or overcomplicated?
* What solution could save time, money, or attention?
Good examples:
* Trading tools
* Wallet intelligence
* Market monitoring
* Liquidity solutions
* Research infrastructure
* Creator monetization
#### 2️⃣ Decide What You’ll Build
If you build with trynoah.ai, be clear:
* What does the Flow trigger on?
* What logic runs?
* What on-chain action happens?
Keep it simple for v1.
#### 3️⃣ Create a Name + Logo
You need:
* Project name
* Simple logo (Canva is fine)
* One-line description
This is important for public credibility.

### PHASE 1 - Register the Project (Official Entry)
#### Register on CyreneAI

* Use **Backpack wallet** (recommended)
* You will be asked to fill in:
* Token type (can be changed later)
* Project information
* Team members
* Fundraise details (for fundraise tokens only)
* After registering the project, you can proceed to [**Apply for verification**](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSenR7XkDgFHwearrvAdOXpK6MvelAXKbVK_gx5gPzGT8O1CPg/viewform?usp=header)**.**

### PHASE 2 - Public Announcement (Signal Intent)
Once registered and verified:
#### Public Announcement on X
From your **personal founder account**:
* Announce:
* What you’re building
* That you’re building it in public
* Tag @CyreneAI, @CyreneAIFlows and @trynoahai (if you built with trynoah.ai)
Example:
Building an on-chain automation to solve X.

Vibe-coding it in public using @trynoahai.

Launching soon on @cyreneai @CyreneAIFlows.
This is your social commit.

### PHASE 3 - Build in Public (MOST IMPORTANT PHASE)
This phase determines how well your launch performs.
#### X = Your Main Platform
Treat your **project's X account** as:
* Your pitch deck
* Your changelog
* Your community hub
#### What You MUST Share Publicly
Post daily:
* What you built today
* Screenshots / short clips
* What broke
* What you learned
* What’s coming next
People don’t fund finished products.\
They fund and support **momentum**.\

#### **Host Pre-Launch Livestreams**
Host 1–2 livestreams before launch (see [Marketing Guidelines](https://docs.netsepio.com/latest/cyreneai/cyreneai-guide/marketing-guidelines) for best practices).

### PHASE 4 - Community Connection
Your job is to help people emotionally connect with what you’re building.
#### Always Explain:
* Who this is for
* What pain points it removes
* Why Solana makes this possible
Invite feedback.\
Reply to every comment.\
Build with your audience, not for them.

### PHASE 5 - Ready for Capital Raise (MVP Stage)
Once you have:
* A working MVP
* Public build history
* Engaged audience
#### Coordinate Launch With CyreneAI
Contact:

You’ll:
* Schedule a launch livestream
* Finalize launch date
* Get configuration guidance

### PHASE 6 - Launch Configuration (Recommended Defaults)
You’ll need:
* 0.2 SOL in wallet (Backpack preferred)
#### Recommended Settings
* Graduation Threshold: 101 SOL
* First Buy: 0.1 SOL (must NOT be sold)
* Vesting: 6 months
* Cliff: 1

### PHASE 7 - Launch Day Execution
#### **Immediately after launch (no delays):**
* Post the contract address (CA) on X *(no links in the first post).*
* Tag @CyreneAI and @CyreneAIFlows
* Claim your DexScreener profile
* Add the CA to your X bio
* Host a livestream or X Space
⚠️ **Speed matters.** The first X post must go live within **60 seconds** of launch.

### PHASE 8 - Post-Launch (Turn Capital into Progress)
#### Post-Launch:
* Claim creator fees from your profile
* Use funds to:
* Improve the project
* Ship features
* Run experiments
